OK Joe, Take it easy. It is called a discussion. Of course Joe M. knows what he is doing! How the hell else could our balance sheet look so good now! I assure you that not ALL executive decisions are the right ones even when they are surrounded with "experts". If every decision were correct, how would any company in this wonderful land of ours ever report a loss? I agree with your point to some degree on M & A with shares but I was not suggesting we start pulling ALL CASH buyouts. Cash is king no matter how you slice it. If the right A opportunity came along and we needed more cash to pull off the deal, I would hate to think it was squandered catering to these sellers. Please tell me what would happen if we went below $1?
