He is not an AMD employee, he is a cloud partner of AMD. I think he has one of smaller could companies out there, and specializes in AMD GPUs. I think he has developed some optimizations for programming AMD GPUs. He had a nasty disagreement with Dylan or whoever runs the SemiAnalysis account on Twitter, and they have been sniping at each other. ever since.
