Well if you count coffee, with pumpkin spice creamer for the 8-12? For sure 1/2 of that is covered ;-)

Past couple of evenings also been drinking 1-2 green tea w/lemon and tad bit of honey before bed has seemed to loosen things up to be able "hack up easier" the next day and so far no mucus color

This? I totally spaced out > nasal saline rinse, [and ordering now] as I used to do it religiously, as grew up younger years in machine shops [grinding dust as well as oil and water mist coolants

So throw in a couple years of machining of DU-238, which for sure did not help also

I ended up snagging 2 of these [should be here tomorrow] and will report back, but I know w/ lungs working harder < than more energy > required for other body functions as well ;-0

And been getting upper right side of head headaches
