No, he believes he can implement big changes in how government runs. He uses his personal relationships to that end. And he usually gets what he wants. He is very accustomed to dealing with odious people. But I didn’t like his total collapse in front of Mamdani. It’s almost as if he didn’t hear Mamdani’s acceptance speech.
