From the Court: Qualcomm v. Arm: Arm's October 22nd leak of the ALA breach letter to Bloomberg had material impact to negotiations QCOM was having with a customer. That customer is Meta. Apparently the contract was initially for $180M in units. And Qualcomm has now signed the contract with said company -- a year later, and Arm v. Qualcomm victory later.
