From the Court: Qualcomm v. Arm: In January 2025, after Qualcomm had won the two counts, Arm's EVP Legal Spencer Collins sends a letter to Ann Chaplin (general counsel of Qualcomm) Stating that they're withdrawing the October 22nd ALA termination letter (which they leaked to Bloomberg).

But says this notice is confidential and can only be shown to specific customers of Qualcomm. Ann wasn't having it. A real case of publication for thee but not for me.
