From the Court: Qualcomm v. Arm: Along with the breach letter leaking, Arm had been talking to mutual customers of Qualcomm and Arm letting them know they were suing Qualcomm (in the original Arm v Qualcomm). What's getting them in trouble is Arm was claiming things about the license that was untrue (that it ended in 2024 and other things that were yet to be litigated. Qualcomm this is not protected speech under noerre-pennington one of Arm's defenses.
