From the Court: Qualcomm v. Arm: Along with Arm trying to license TLA cores that were commercially unreasonable they apparently jacked the prices of peripheral IP as well. Things like GIC-700, MMU-700, ELA-600 -- That is a generic interrupt controller, the memory management unit, and Embedded Logic Analyzer. Qualcomm ended up absorbing the cost for this but is now asking for damages as this was apparently a violation of the TLA. Arm is arguing that Qualcomm agreed and absorbed the cost that for the peripheral IP it was indeed commercially feasible.

One of the items that we haven't seen is the damages to Qualcomm that have been calculated by the expert witnesses, that is all heavily redacted. But there appears to be a missing redaction in one of the expert witness rebuttal reports where they mention "Several Million" for this overcharging of ip
