From the Court: Qualcomm v. Arm: During deposition of Cristiano Amon, they were talking about the breach letter. Arm's expert witness in his rebuttal or original document essentially says the breach letter and the emails to Qualcomms customers from Rene had little Impact to Samsung's relationship. Essentially the relationship had been starting to strain prior to the leak letter -- due to from my interpretation of the redacted portions -- the non-use of the Samsung fab. Reading between the lines of redaction my interpretation is the relationship had been strained due to the "scale back its use of..." Probably Samsung's fab. "PTSD on both sides" -- due to the over heating issue of the 8Gen1 on the Samsung fabbed parts. The TSMC 8GEN1 had no overheating issues.
