Luc...If there is another offer for DEC it is going to cost them big because of the penalty built into the agreement. You have to remember these guys didn't sit down over a beer and decide on this as they scribbled on the nearest napkin. Most of the high level details were decided on long before the deal was formally announced. This period now is the I dotting and the T crossing period.
