Okay, so, let's use some simple common sense... After watching them closely under surveillance at the pier in Venezuela loading the bundles of narcotics onto the boat and then heading out toward our coast, you tell me who they might be... Are they weekend boaters going for a joy ride and not know what they were loading onto the boat??? Let's not be silly... it's beyond any reasonable doubt they know exactly what they were loading and they know exactly where they were going... What do you suggest, we should intercept them and ask them pretty please tell us what their intentions are and are they aware that they're transporting narcotics??? Maybe if you were at Disney World you could do that but this is the real world and the best way to be sure they will never try it again is to take them out ASAP... You have to play hard ball and not play patty cake with those drug mules... End of story!!! Anything less will not work... The message is very simple: FAFO - fuck around and find out!!! GZ
