As I understand it it is $9 cash plus possible $2 more thru or to 2007 based on sales of product. I do not believe this is an exchange of stock deal but others whom I respect think it may offer this option. The absence of any wording on exchange ratio makes it difficult for me to believe there is an exchange of stock. However, at times to assure people walk away satisfied terms are modified.
