Kevin & Patricia, I've been reading the Yahoo posts also. They are referring to the recent forms posted in Edgars. This shows they are planning placements of stock that totals 4.5 Million (I think that's the right number). This hasn't happened yet, but most likely will soon, being that the company needs more funding to continue operations. I don't think the increase is devastating. They seem to be growing at a pretty healthy pace. Earnings this coming year should be dramatically higher than last if everything they are doing pans out. So the stock dilution is a necessary evil at this point. I still think they can continue earnings growth even with more stock. Holding for at least the year - probably a lot longer.. Frank
