That's some bad data. Lots of algo's are doing reporting these days. I think more than 70% of Wikipedia entries are made by software, and that's been the case for a few years now. Algo's may not be aware of a thing called a "bad tick." It's not uncommon in data feeds that populate charts like Stockcharts and TradingView. Experienced traders can spot them. Algo's, not so much.
