I could be wrong on my observations since I don't do leverage or options but I am thinking with the new BB offered by RWT that just started trading with a 9.5% yield at par that 2 other BB of RWT are over priced and could be shorted unless of course the new BB moves up in price so the YOC matches the current yield of the other two.
See what happens when the traders come back in force on Monday after the Turkey holiday.
