Ya, Jack Cayre, chairman of GTIS, did sell a 120,000 shares. This is the first insider sale since Charles Bond, a division president (is that his title?), sold a 110,000 shares at the beginning of September.

What I find interesting is that all the lawsuits out keep saying the officers inflated the price of the stock so they could sell their own holdings at a high price. Yet, as far as I can tell, it was only Charles Bond who was selling. David Chemerow actually bought 70,000 shares in May and Ron Chaimowitz bought 6,000 shares in Feb '97. I have a feeling the lawyers will have a hard time making that point stick.

Also, I wonder if Scott Miller will have to file a 144 with SEC if he sells his shares (or exercises his options).
