BTW, just playing with the numbers on the TSMC slide:


N5 -> N2 performance @ same power scaling = 1.58 / 1.18 = 1.3389

Zen 4 on N5 (@5.7 GHz) -> Zen 6 on N2 = 5.7 * 1.3389 = 7.63 GHz

So 6.5 GHz for N2 should be considered extremely safe target and 7 GHz is not exactly a pipe dream. Anything over 6.5 GHz would be a nice bonus.

BTW, these performance scaling benefits should also apply to Mi450.
