This article at DT puts some $ on HBM pricing that Nvidia has been paying. They claim HBM3/e was in the $300/stack range, but HBM4 will be in the $500/stack range. So 8 stacks for HBM3 would be in the 2.4+K range. So its quite possible Nvidia is getting 75% GMs on that, it would need to be $10K to the customer, but on a $25K G200, I doubt Nvidia's BOM on the rest of the chip is more than $3.75K, and 25K is the low end of what they would sell those for I think.
