Apparently, the new 9850x3d is appearing in some AMD documentation. It will have a boost clock of 5.6 GHz.

Here is a recap of the clock speeds:
9800x3d 5.2
9700x 5.5
9850x3d 5.6
9900x 5.6
9950x 5.7

400 MHz would be a big deal, and more importantly, no clock speed regression vs. non-V-Cache parts.
