There aren't enough rich people to cover medical for 343,000,000+ people. (343 million not counting illegals) It's not like insuring smaller populated countries like Canada or the EU countries. The only way would be a national VAT tax or nationwide sales tax where everybody has to chip in with the rich paying their fair share which they do now. (but it's a wonderful Democrat sound bite)
