This one is new to me. Sounds like yet another type of a breadth thrust - namely, the percent of Nasdaq Composite stocks came up from lower levels - and, just broke 31%. He doesn’t show numerical stats - and there is at least one false signal, during the selloff earlier in the year. But, in general, visually - the responses to the signal seem quite consistent.
