and 37 million came from Soft..
By the way if SoftBank made 37 mil bucks last year , why would they sell them selves out to echomedia.com at an undisclosed sum ? Then all the officers quit...
Remember ? NETZ owns controlling interest ? Not all of Soft..
NETZ is thanking shareholders for financing their SoftBank purchase...
Now next news will be ,, " In order to meet the desire of our share holders wishes for us to become a fully reporting company and to qualify for Nasdaq, board of directors has agreed to a reverse merger of 50 to 1 ,, blah blah ,,, no no! share holders do not have a right to voice their opinion ,, since we are a non reporting company "
