Well articulated C.K. You make a very convincing argument, simple and sensible (the best kind). Thanks for taking the time to do that. Somebody else also responded to my question about the small number of patients in the Vasomax clinical trials (compared with Muse and Viagra). The explaination didn't give me alot of confidence, but apparently there are a larger number of patients participating in the open label studies. However I believe I read that data from those studies would not accompany the NDA filing. The issue of the amended lawsuit from January against Zonagen is getting no mention on this thread. Unfortunately the only information I can dig up on the net is from the Asensio website, which is obviously bias. Their summary of the claims can be found at asensio.com Irrelevant? Maybe. But again, it doesn't inspire much confidence for the long position. I'm still on the fence, thanks again though for your discussion of the efficacy question. Brad
