Potential GDP movers for 2027:

-Data Center Construction - will the momentum keep moving forward?
-Tariff Rebates for overcharges in 2025-2026 - maybe $600-billion could be ordered refunded by a new Congress to corporations who paid the possibly illegal tariffs. If the Supremes overrule the tariffs, expect Congress to order the immediate refunding of the tariffs. It should be a veto-proof majority.

Absent a Congressional order to refund the tariffs, the administration will fight the refunding for the 2-years it will likely take for the court cases to play out, with each plaintiff needing to file their own case.

A smart law firm would aggregate the claims and make them a class action, if that can be done on the behalf of a class of importers. The only problem would be few large importers would want to pay a large contingency fee a law firm would typically garner from a class action like this. Only smaller importers would benefit from a class action.
