I fully agree - this is sorely needed. MRVC needs a new management spot - they are big enough now.

But the blame here is on both sides. ANALysts who really took the time to see what MRVC was really about would not have reacted this way without further discussion and understanding of "the problem".

This IS supposed to be their job, after all.
