That site is obviously AI generated with clickbait articles. I'm impressed you fell for it, or were you merely searching for an intended result to troll here and that's what came up first? People wear watches for many reasons, and many more appreciate the finest ones while being unwilling or unable to purchase and or collect them. This is no different than going to an art, car, or aviation museum. Few people visit the Louvre and walk away thinking why don't they own every piece in there. Did you ever put a chain on your Yale lock clock and start wearing it around your neck? And did that boost your confidence and self-esteem? At the very least wearing it must have strengthened your neck muscles that might be useful in other hobbies of yours. :-)
