Burt, thank you for your answer. I agree with opinion as far as Intel is concerned, but tell me just one thing: What will be rising faster, earnings or interest rates ? Isn't there a danger that the big mutual funds could shift quite a lot of money from the stocks into bonds ? The other thing that makes me not too optimistic about the US stock market at the moment is that investors could turn back to the Asian and South american markets for a better performance this year, just the opposite to what they did in 1995. But nevertheless, Intel should be one of the stocks that outperform the S&P in the months to come. The fundamentals are really excellent as you pointed out. Manfred.
