I'm still trying to put cause to the BOIL lows coming in on 22nd to 25th of the month this year against the lows coming in on the 2nd to 5th of the month last year.

It's either LaNina or BOIL was not skipping a entire month when it rolled last year. I'm leaning to skipping a entire month.

That warm spot will push east.
