Artificially lowering interest rates caused a bubble in housing prices as rabid buyers outbid each other for homes worth less than half what they were paying, because these buyers were chasing artificially low monthly mortgage payments and ignoring the true worth of the home or investment property.

Then insurers and municipalities came in and fucked everyone with high insurance premiums and property tax valuations to cream the buyers.

Stupid governments at all levels, greedy bankers and wallstreet combine to fuck mainstreet as inflation rises to kick the shit out of us and put us in debtors prison.

Governments, bankers and wallstreet continue with record tax revenues, record profits and record valuations of stocks and investments hence the rich get richer and the rest of us get poorer.
