If they can't size it I assume that's because there are many potential applications of their software which they can't predict or imagine etc., etc. However, there must be some specific applications for which the software was originally developed and this they should be able to size. They should know the user community for the most narrow application of their product. This then forms the base estimate of the market but ultimately the market could be much much greater (we hope). Assuming that NView is a billion dollar market, at least, I find their sales performance to date disappointing (i.e., doesn't suggest a billion dollar market)
