That is not so good news for AMD because I think it hints that Intel CPUs will get the inside track for Trainium4 based servers at AWS. That is because in the past Jensen has stated that NVLink Fusion is only available for one side or the other of the connection. As he stated, he wants to sell at least one chip to the customer.

So I don't think this will enable Trainium to Graviton systems. Its possible they will be Grace-Trainum systems, but I would guess that since Nvidia did a deal with Intel to add NVLink to Xeons, it will be Xeons that will get paired up with these Trianium4 chips. TWT of course.
