Thronefish, the "Trump Accounts" are a good idea, but given the pains of implementation, I'll believe it when I see it.

For example, some of the details will have to be revised, such as the following:
  • [The child must] live in a ZIP code where the median income is $150,000 or less
There are plenty of kids born to poor families who happen to live in these "rich" ZIP codes. It's not fair to exclude them.
