Wharfie, I read the post that you linked to, but I still don't get it. What's so great about a power plant that burns hydrogen gas? You have to produce the hydrogen somehow, and that takes energy. If that energy comes from solar, why not just capture the solar energy using batteries instead? After all, isn't that what California is doing now? Harvesting excess solar energy so that batteries can fulfill the afternoon and evening surges in demand? Tenchusatsu
