The illegal immigrant Illinois cop scooped up by ICE in October has since been re-hired by the Hanover Police Department.

Radule Bojovic, an illegal alien from Montenegro, overstayed a B2 tourist visa that required him to leave the U.S. on March 31, 2015.

An immigration judge granted the 25-year-old illegal immigrant a $2,500 immigration bond just two weeks after he was picked up by ICE.

Now, he's back to "full duty status" with the department, which will give him "back pay" for the time he served in ICE detention.
