I own a bit of COHR March '26 calls which were out of the money when I bought and now well in the money. I think I bought them after a Q2 2025 bad quarterly report stock price dip, and just because you guys talk about it often. I don't really know their business other than it's photonics, which I can't say I remotely understand. I guess photonics in the data center is a hot growth segment for obvious reasons.

I asked Perplexity who are the major photonics companies and LITE was another. I breezed some LITE results and they (in that quarter) had much stronger sales growth than COHR, but I don't know if it's organic or via acquisition or what.

From what little I know and the recent share price performance, the space seems worth following. So I've got a bit of COHR exposure and I'll try to read up quarterly results on a few of them when they appear.
