I think the rush in of competitive dynamics (as should have been expected) should hurt NVDA more than AMD. The narrative has been that, even with competition, the TAM is growing so fast that the pie is big enough for all, and all will sell every chip they can make.

Again, AMD's ace in the hole is open source and sovereign data center and HPC sales. AMD only has FP64 in MI430 that many want.

The new DeepSeek models, also open source, remain a concern. This could upset the circular financing. OpenAI is now in code red. If their model crashes, the $60 gain that AMD got from the deal with them goes away.

The value of models may go to zero. Those financing models with circular financing may be in trouble. Like Michael Saylor two days ago.

There are possible contagans in the market, like the REPO thing, and the Japanese carry trade problem.
