This is not an option with a publicly held company. What financial planet do you live on? Any company with any respect towards its shareholders has a duty to release financials. Any company which purposefully does not release financials is delisted- end of story. I'm starting to think we could see the "TRADING HALTED" on our ticker screens sooner than I expected. Just my prediction.
