Intel is no longer selling the NEX division. I am guessing after being able to raise a lot of cash, and near term demand picture stabilizing, Intel does not need to raise more cash.

Another reason was that it would have been very difficult to sell Network division, which includes things like Wifi chips that go with desktop processors etc.
