I haven't voted yet. Plan to call in to the 800 number tomorrow. I plan to vote for the reverse as of now. Tried to buy 1000 more shares tonight and rules would not permit me to buy on line shares under $1.00. Oil situation right now only provides a chance to buy more shares cheaper. No one is SURE of the impact. Don't forget that the Goodrich's own 37% of the common shares outstanding which will drop by 87% also. Good Luck! P.S. Another buying opportunity is UTI. Check it out.
