Good on you for being able to withstand that cold. I have toes that go numb when the A/C hits 70-degrees. That's my Renaud's. Ears, nose, and fingers go numb quite easily as well in seemingly mild temps.

I know some people with Renaud's who need to wear gloves to get things out of the freezer. I don't do that, but there are times I wish I did.

Movement and layers are a good combo for fighting off cold.
