Bruce,

The Disney Rainforest Cafe is an example of an icon.It has a volcano on top thats spews smoke visable for miles supposedly.It seats originally 550 (but now up to 610) and it cost $11+ million to construct and open.The other to models are Woodfield-type about 400-450 seats for about $7 million and Gurnee-type 300-325 for about $5 million (construction and preopening costs)

Other icons scheduled are at the Taj Mahal and second DW.
