I don't think I could ever do that kind of multiplication in my head quickly. But as I looked at it, I estimated it to be just below 24k. That was estimated based 7x400x0.85x100 which as a first order engineering estimate I can still do in my head on the fly.

But seriously, I used to be able to track a handful of cards through the deck as it was shuffled and got dealt to know who got what cards. But now my mental image of my mind is a crumbled sheet of paper instead of a clean notepad. I can't note things cleanly on it no matter how hard I try.

A few weeks ago I tried 8 hours of meditation in one day. It helped a lot. The effect lasted for a couple of days. Better than any drug would. I should stop being lazy and do regular 15 minutes medications throughout the day. Every day.
