Mid June was before the June 30th agp bankruptcy but I agree it seems reckless now and the resignation and the personal loan.

Also all the claims around baseless case and plenty of liquidity are questionable given they sunk 8 million in and then raised another 12 in a big dilution. 8 millions seems like more than a contract dispute. They’ll have to release 3q soon imo
