Now that all of the rumor mongers have been disproven (DLGC did NOT miss earnings, in fact they beat the consensus by $0.01, and DLGC did NOT restate any previous earnings) - DLGC stock has finally fully recovered. It's hard to believe that there have been no posts to this board in the last month as the stock has moved from near 30 to today's high of 46-3/4. That's more than 50%! Anyway, does anyone know if DLGC still owns 16% of VCSI? (roughly 1.8mm shares) VCSI has almost tripled in the last two months. It has gone from a low of 2-1/4 in early Jan to a high of 6-5/8 today, closing @ 6-3/16. Volume was extremely high. Looks like someone wants to own VCSI. Any comments? (nobody on the VCSI board seems to have any answers for today's activity) JL
