The Hegseth "kill everbody" assertion has back fired, and is now fuel to the claim of disloyalty, false intentional rumours and even sedition, in order to undermine legal orders from the elected President himself. Admiral Bradley stated there was no such order. This matter fell under his command. Hegseth, is vindicated, -- legally. But public scrutiny of his rhetoric and actions may have damaged his reputation. As for Adm. Bradley, I suspect in time this too shall pass, but the sordid details will forever hound him.
