Here is an interview with Stephen Robinson, who is the chief CPU architect at Intel. Sort of like Mike Clark of AMD.

He is on the Texas team, developing E Cores and as Intel moves to phase out the Israel design P-Cores and move to unified cores, Stephen Robinson is going to lead that effort.
