As I said many times, the US Senate (both parties) is now the epicenter of Deep State power. They are holding Trump hostage, forcing him to make major strategic mistake, such as sending India and Russia into each other's arms, more sanctions etc.

The same group of Senators are also blocking Trump in allowing GPU exports to China:
