Ontario’s debt is soaring and you can take a stand to turn it around. Ontario’s government debt nearly TRIPLED in the past couple of decades, according to our new report. Now we’re facing a massive $459 billion debt. Debt interest charges are costing Ontarians over $16 billion this year and it’s only going to get worse. The good news is Ontarians are fed up with the government’s borrowing binge. About 75 per cent of Ontarians are concerned with our debt interest charges, according to a poll conducted by Leger. That means everyday taxpayers are ready to take action against Queen’s Park politicians driving up provincial debt. And taxpayers like YOU can take a stand today. You can tell Ontario Premier Doug Ford to stop racking up debt by signing the petition below. This is about more than adding your name.
