A Joe Jackson throwback. Saw him do this song live way back in 1979. I was among only a handful of people at his soundcheck where he shocked me by playing a Ramones song (that was not part of his setlist). He opened for himself disguised as a jazz pianist. Even I was like, wait, what? Obviously we now know that was his true passion, despite his first album being "angry young man" new wave.
