Unsure when he began using 8.6. May find around 1982 armstrongeconomics.com AND then dating 8.6_ _ _ _ back in time. Has articles of first civilizations 6200-20k yrs ago, and whatever coinage or payment used... Does state in today's $$'s spent billion in research. Will find coinage big factor with help of AI and he a historian with amazing knowledge, including obviously currencies, Law..including, including giving him excellent sources and repect..
